As the IT Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for roles across software development, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, data analytics, and enterprise systems. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to build recruitment strategies, source exceptional candidates, and deliver a seamless hiring experience from start to finish. This role is a balance of talent advisory and hands-on execution — ideal for someone who loves tech recruiting and wants to drive real impact. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate IT and tech roles across North America Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job postings Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier active and passive candidates Serve as a trusted advisor on market insights, compensation trends, and hiring best practices Deliver a great candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for GFL Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Workday and compliance with internal processes Stay ahead of emerging trends in the tech talent space What You Bring 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on IT/technology roles Proven success in either in-house or agency recruiting environments Familiarity with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS systems (an asset) Proven sourcing expertise across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other niche tech communities. Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple searches at once A proactive, curious mindset — always looking to improve the process and stay ahead of trends We thank you for your interest.
