We're seeking someone to join our Source-to-Pay Fleet as a Tech Lead - Sourcing and Procurement in Non-Financial Risk Technology to design, implement, and support Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms. Read on… What you’ll do in the role: Drive the strategy, technical design, development, and implementation of Source-to-Pay solutions, with a focus on customizations, integrations, and continuous improvement. Manage and mentor a global team of highly skilled developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance. Ensure the successful delivery, ongoing support, and continuous enhancement of Source-to-Pay and vendor management applications. Champion innovation and drive ongoing process improvements to optimize application performance, user experience, and business value. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with Source-to-Pay best practices and organizational goals. Provide technical direction to your team, troubleshooting and resolving complex support issues, and ensuring high standards of quality and reliability. Maintain a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape, proactively managing risks and making informed decisions to protect our customers and the organization. Participate in rapid prototyping to explore technical options and inform architectural decisions, ensuring scalable and future-ready solutions. What you’ll bring to the role: Demonstrated hands-on expertise with at least one leading Source-to-Pay platform (such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or GEP), including configuration, customization, and systems integration. 10+ years of experience working in technology, including 3+ years of experience overseeing both on-premise and cloud deployments of Source-to-Pay applications. Deep understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay process flows, including sourcing, procurement, contracting, invoicing, and supplier management. Solid background in API development and integration (REST, SOAP), with the ability to architect robust interfaces between applications. Experience designing and implementing customizations and enhancements on Source-to-Pay platforms to address unique business needs. Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions and communicate these clearly to both development teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a high-performance culture. Strong SQL analytical skills and be capable of analyzing and assisting the team in troubleshooting complex data joins.
