Administrative Coordinator – Internal Services
Strategic position within a dynamic law firm located in Montreal. You will support multiple internal teams (accounting, human resources, mail services) with a variety of administrative tasks. This is an on-site position offering a competitive salary ($60–75K) in a dynamic bilingual environment.

Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of the office.
• Work closely with various internal teams: accounting, human resources, mail management, etc.
• Coordinate internal communications and office supplies.
• Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Contribute to the logistics of certain internal projects or events
• Manage supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
• Ensure the application of procedures related to legal files (opening, closing, archiving).
This is an administrative position: it is not a receptionist or legal assistant role.
What you will need to succeed:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Bilingual in English and French to assist clients in both languages.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role.
• Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment (a strong asset).
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and multitask.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
• Team spirit, proactive mindset, and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-volume environment.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities as needed.
