An LL.B., J.D., or equivalent is required for this position. A graduate degree in law (completed or in-progress) is preferred and membership in the Law Society of Ontario (or equivalent) in good standing is an asset The successful candidate will have specific expertise and current research activity in the area of Food Law, with an emphasis on the application of human rights frameworks in that context, the concept of food justice and both local and global food systems. Prior teaching experience will also be considered an asset.
