YOUR ROLE:
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the VP and senior management in their daily tasks and strategic activities;
Acting as a strategic communication hub for senior management, facilitating coordination and information flow;
Managing the agenda of the management team, ensuring close follow-up on priorities and deadlines;
Organizing logistics for various events, including conferences, business meetings, and trips;
Coordinating travel plans and handle bookings and reservations;
Drafting, editing, and reviewing communications, including emails, letters, documents, presentations, and meeting minutes.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Proven experience as an executive assistant in a similar position;
Excellent command of written and spoken French, and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong sense of discretion, and high level of professionalism;
Team-oriented mindset, autonomy, and a proactive approach.
