The incumbent supports account managers by performing operational tasks assigned by the sales teams related to financing products and services. More specifically, you will be required to: Prepare documentation for member and client meetings, including entering data, updating member financial statements and profiles, performing profitability analyses and taking note of sales opportunities for the account managers. Follow the instructions given by the tool. Add, verify and record activity and transactions (e.g., payouts, renewals, financing offers and changes, loan contracts, guarantee forms, notary and discharge documentation, register of personal and movable real rights registration). Finalize documents following member and client meetings by updating information in their files, taking note of follow-ups and updating their financial statements. Perform tasks related to line of credit monitoring, such as conducting a preliminary analyses to determine necessary coverages and adding changes and updates to the system as required. Process files and reports as needed (e.g., loan and guarantee follow-ups). Perform document filing and management tasks, including purging and archiving, according to practices and rules in effect. Contact members and clients as needed to follow up on missing documents or documents requiring signatures. Ensure files are complete and in compliance with all applicable deadlines and standards for quality. Respect all policies, practices and standards in effect for conducting transactions and operations securely.
