The International Group Program (IGP) is part of Manulife Financial and includes a global network of top life insurance companies in about 80 countries. As part of a small and dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in preparing international (re)insurance proposals and annual reports for IGP’s Multinational Clients and their Advisors. The position involves frequent interaction with our International Network of Insurance Company Partners, such as AG in Belgium, Malakoff Humanis in France, Seguros Monterrey in Mexico, Mapfre in Brazil, The Dai-ichi in Japan, and Taiping in China, as well as with our Multinational Clients, including IBM, Unilever, BASF, Dell, Ford and META. This role is a high-level internal sales support and administration position within an international environment. After extensive training, you will support our Business Development - Pooling Team at IGP's European Coordinating Office in Brussels (Belgium, Europe). Your contributions will be key in helping the team achieve their objectives. Position Responsibilities: Client Relations: Lead and manage service team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. Serve as the primary administrative contact for day-to-day client relationships and interface directly with clients. Adapt to and lead unforeseen events, including Mergers/Acquisitions, plan changes, and audits. Address client inquiries, resolve service issues, and provide proactive, solution-based support. Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with policies, maintaining service excellence. Communication and Documentation: Resolve client issues with internal departments and engage with key decision-makers. Present information clearly and maintain accurate client documentation and databases. Document client interactions and issues, ensuring all communications are recorded. Support sales efforts by participating in site visits and utilizing databases to track interactions. Participate in client meetings, special projects, and ongoing training. Required Qualifications: Financial Services / Customer Service experience Demonstrated passion for providing client-centric solutions Propensity to work collaboratively, within team and with members of other teams Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications Preferred Qualifications: Preferably holds a master’s or bachelor’s degree in fields such as economics, finance, or mathematics, or has a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar sales support coordinating role. Fluent in English (other European languages are considered an asset) as this role involves interaction with multinational corporate clients and our global Network Partners. Has an analytical and open mind with a good feeling for numbers and the ability to interpret numerical data effectively.
