They follow the visual direction defined by Supervisors and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that the final image meets the artistic and technical goals of the project.Production:Assemble renders, matte paintings, and FX elements in Nuke according to provided guidelinesFollow creative and technical instructions from Leads and SupervisorsKeep Nuke scripts clean, organized, and optimizedEnsure work meets technical specifications and pipeline standardsImplement feedback efficiently and with attention to detailTrack shot progress accurately using production tracking toolsCollaboration:Communicate effectively with team members and other departmentsShare feedback and assist junior artists when appropriateQualificationsStrong proficiency in Nuke, including working with multi-pass (AOV) rendersAbility to manage multiple shots simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesMotivation to learn and grow in a production environmentStrong eye for composition, color, and seamless integrationTeam-oriented mindset and openness to feedbackGood understanding of the 3D pipeline (Lighting, FX, Rendering)Problem-solving skills and technical autonomyBasic English communication skills (spoken and written)Nice-to-Have Skills:Familiarity with scripting (TCL, Python)Experience using ShotGrid or similar production tracking toolsBasic understanding of color theory, lighting, and photography principlesAdditional InformationThe person in this role will work closely with our Paris studio in a bilingual environment, as well as with international partners, talent, and clients.
