The incumbent assists, supports and advises caisse managers in selecting, applying and implementing communications solutions, practices, programs and tools. More specifically, you will be required to: Participate with the caisse management committee to develop the annual communications activities plan within the allocated budget. Provide advisory support to managers on communication activities for various client segments, community organizations, officers, managers and employees, and help them carry out these activities. Ensure and uphold a positive image of the caisse and Desjardins Group by identifying potential risk situations and informing the caisse’s general manager and the various partners involved. Monitor activities related to service quality for members and clients (for example, surveys and complaints). Receive and analyze sponsorship, donation and fundraising requests and make recommendations, and conduct follow-ups, such as those related to contributions made. Help produce the caisse’s social responsibility report. Analyze, select and ensure the quality of communication methods intended for members and clients, (for example, letters and mass mailings). Produce and communicate information (for example, for local and internal newspapers). Support caisse representatives in maintaining business relationships with various client groups and community organizations. Helps organize events (e.g., information sessions, seminars, School Caisse activities) Manage social media communities by writing information content for posts (for example, advertising and videos) and ensure the relevance and consistency of comments and interactions. Identify needs and follow up on ad placement guidelines, in collaboration with various partners. Follow up on Desjardins’s merchandising proposals (for example, order promotional materials for the caisse). Help organize logistics for caisse events (for example, annual general meeting and special general meeting) and oversee the production of the annual report.
