What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a team of canvassers and street fundraisers
Deliver hands-on training sessions and shadowing to develop high-performing fundraisers
Create and implement fundraising strategies that increase donor sign-ups and team productivity
Monitor daily team performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback
Help recruit and onboard new team members
Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and motivation workshops
Ensure messaging stays aligned with client and campaign goals
Report metrics and updates to upper management

1–2 years of experience in fundraising, face-to-face sales, or team leadership
Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
Confidence speaking to individuals and groups in a public setting
High energy, adaptability, and accountability
Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an asset
