Tradesmen International is looking for an experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our team.This job is located in Vancouver – Lower Mainland, BC.Paying $32–$36 per hour.Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
Requirements
Job Scope:
Operating asphalt milling machines to remove existing pavement prior to resurfacing
Setting up and monitoring depth, speed, and direction of milling operations
Coordinating with ground crew and dump trucks for smooth and continuous operation
Performing daily equipment inspections, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting
Ensuring precision milling according to project specifications and site plans
Requirements:
2+ years of experience operating a milling machine in road construction or paving
Strong understanding of milling techniques, machine settings, and safety procedures
Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
Comfortable working in high-traffic areas and active construction zones
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with crew members
