About the Job
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for engaging and empowering our customers to make the most of Vendasta’s offerings. Your mission will be to onboard, educate, advise, grow, and retain customers by providing tailored support, training, and strategic insights. You'll work with a diverse range of partners—from newly signed clients to long-standing businesses—to drive adoption, growth, and advocacy.

Your Impact
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to:
Onboarding & Education: Conduct training, provide comprehensive product demonstrations, and ensure successful product adoption.
Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, schedule regular check-ins, and drive engagement through business reviews and strategic planning.
Customer Advocacy & Growth: Develop and execute initiatives to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction by promoting best practices and proactively addressing partner needs.
What You Bring to the Table
You are a customer-focused, results-driven professional with experience in account management, customer success, or a related field. You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and have a passion for helping businesses succeed. With 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role—preferably in the SaaS or technology industry—you bring strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. You excel at building relationships, managing multiple accounts, and driving customer engagement.
Additionally, you have a solid understanding of customer success methodologies, SaaS industry trends, and partner needs. Your ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, mentor junior team members, and provide proactive solutions sets you apart.
