Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to lead our team as Sr Manager of Professional Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will manage and grow our Professional Services business unit, building and maintaining strong customer relationships to strengthen our engagement and expand the reach of our technologies and drive even more value for our Customers. Responsibilities Lead the global Professional Services team, staffed in US, Australia and India, setting and managing goals and daily work Oversee the delivery of all ongoing Services work. Track and report on Project status, and manage delivery on time, budget and with highest level of customer satisfaction. Drive Growth: Identify Services opportunities and manage the end-to-end process for gathering requirements, estimating, SOW creation and working with Sales team on deal closure Create and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders at senior management levels within existing customer base. Manage resource forecasting to ensure Utilization and Billability targets are met Monitor and report Services performance metrics and KPIs, and implement measures to improve productivity and effectiveness. Build and Maintain structured Services processes for Proposal management, project execution and reporting Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build technology to drive automation and product enhancements Who We Are Looking For Proven experience in managing complex projects across multiple teams and departments Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders Passion and Proactivity: Energetic and self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results.
