The Executive Administrative Assistant to the Managing Director, BASF Canada, provides the required administrative, organizational and planning and presentation support to the Managing Director.

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Organizing and maintaining confidential files and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Assisting in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Conducting research and compiling data to support decision-making processes.
Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, in a timely and efficient manner.
Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
If you have...
A High School Diploma, College or University degree is preferred.
5 to 7 years of related administrative assistant experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Advanced experience in MS Office, including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook.
A high degree of professionalism, discretion and judgment when dealing with confidential information
Flexibility in changing work priorities and ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment
Skills to prioritize work without direct supervision
The ability to coordinate work with senior executives and leadership teams
