The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or accounting with exposure to Corporate Head Office costs and financial reporting. This role is a key bridge with the Operations departments of QuadReal, and will support in the accounting and analysis of corporate allocations, working closely with teams across the QuadReal Management platform and administering the QuadReal Management Business Governing Policy. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain complex corporate allocation models; calculate and record monthly and quarterly allocation entries Provide strategic recommendations to improve corporate allocation methodologies and enhance financial models, processes and procedures Analyze business performance and contribute to the completion of quarterly management reporting packages Develop and design quarterly presentation materials, delivering actionable business insights to stakeholders across the organization Support the annual corporate allocation budgeting process, including scenario analysis and preparation of materials for senior leaderships review and approval Conduct ad hoc financial analyses for Property Management and partner with FP&A on key strategic initiatives Support various special projects as they arise Education and Qualifications: Professional accounting designation (CPA) is preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance accounting / reporting environment Prior experience with Yardi is an asset Prior experience in the real estate industry is an asset Strong proficiency with Excel functions and working with large volumes of data Skills: Strong communication skills and effective at building cross-functional relationships Self-starter, with experience managing multiple stakeholders’ interests Critical thinking & analytical skills The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $83,000. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
