The Coordinator, Executive Education, works collaboratively within the unit to implement, deliver and evaluate credit and non-credit programs, policies and procedures that contribute to high quality educational experiences for clients and prospective partners. The Coordinator manages program administration and provides operational support for designated programs; administers special events including local, national and international programming; conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses and prepares reports; coordinates program budgets and participates in cost projections.

They have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including proficiency in French), allowing them to build strong relationships with faculty, students, and partners. They are proactive, adaptable, and capable of problem-solving independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Strong project management skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to delivering high-quality educational experiences are essential. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, comfortable with data analysis, and proficient in managing learning and enterprise systems to support program delivery and evaluation.
Program Coordination & Administration – Ability to manage program logistics, scheduling, and resources efficiently.
Client Relationship Management – Strong interpersonal skills to engage with students, faculty, and external stakeholders in English and French.
Project & Event Management – Experience in organizing and executing program residencies, retreats, and events.
Financial & Data Analysis – Proficiency in tracking budgets, conducting cost projections, and analyzing program data.
Technology & Systems Proficiency – Competence in using learning management systems, enterprise platforms (e.g., SIMS, PeopleSoft), and content management tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline, and two years of related experience in coordinating the administration and delivery of custom credit and/or non-credit programs, including experience in event planning, program/project management, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
