We are seeking a passionate and experienced Residential Electrical Instructor to deliver our Residential Electrical Technician Training Program. This program prepares students for employment or apprenticeships in the trades by offering foundational electrical theory, Ontario Safety Code training, and hands-on lab skills.
Requirements
Required:
• Red Seal Certification or Certificate of Qualification (309A Electrician – Construction & Maintenance)
• 4+ years of recent full-time experience in residential or construction electrical work
• Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training apprentices
• Familiarity with adult learning principles
• WHMIS, Working at Heights, or First Aid certification
