The Transformation Office is accountable for all aspects of program delivery including Program and Project Management, Change Management & Communications, Transformation Design and Delivery, and Data Enablement. This is a 12 month fixed term T4 contract (Not hourly rate or Independent Contractors) Scope of Position: As a Senior Business Analyst for Global Credit, you will play a critical role in delivering our transformation objectives for our Front Office partners. Reporting to the Front Office Transformation Lead of the Transformation Office, you will focus on defining requirements for solutions and integrations, redesigning workflows, supporting testing, and developing reporting tools specific to public and private credit asset classes. This role requires a strong understanding of investment operations, business analysis, and hands-on experience with leading investment platforms. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Global Credit portfolio management, operations, and performance teams to document requirements for public and private credit products as part of the Aladdin & eFront onboarding. Map and analyze end-to-end lifecycle processes for credit products, including portfolio construction, order entry, lifecycle events (drawdowns, capital calls), and performance measurement. Collaborate with program teams focused on various Credit investments: liquid credit, capital securities, leveraged finance, CLOs, and private credit (including SMAs and externally managed funds). Solution integration and workflow design: Ensure accurate configuration and integration of Global Credit workflows and analytics within Aladdin and eFront platforms; lead business process redesign to align with new system capabilities and industry best practices. Implementation and program delivery: Liaise with project managers and program leads to provide accurate and timely status tracking and reporting to ensure successful project delivery; identify and proactively address potential risks and issues related to technology, process, and organizational changes. Stakeholder and program collaboration: Facilitate workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to map future-state operating models and processes; collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute test cases for the testing process and participate in defect management and resolution. Analytical and reporting solutions: Leverage deep credit analytics expertise (yield, duration, spread, risk, stress testing) to source and analyze investment data, and develop tools/reports that enhance decision-making. Continuous support and enhancement: Deliver proactive application support and guidance across credit product configurations, collaborating with technical teams and delivery partners to optimize business workflows and reporting capabilities. Qualifications: Educational Background: University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), are highly desirable. Experience: 6+ years’ experience as a Senior Business/Systems Analyst, with strong knowledge of credit products across public and private markets, including liquid credit, capital securities, leveraged loans, CLOs, and private credit funds/SMAs. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with implementing and supporting investment applications Aladdin or eFront for credit portfolios. Proficiency with Bloomberg tools (PORT, YAS) is considered an asset. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to document and analyze the full lifecycle of credit products (Front, Middle and Back offices). Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with interactions with portfolio managers, operations, and performance teams on credit product requirements. Learning & Curiosity: Strong intellectual curiosity and adaptability to changing investment and technology environments.
