Job Description The Senior Vice President, IT Infrastructure, Security and Data Services plays a critical leadership role in enabling Tricon’s mission and objectives and key results. This role ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of Tricon’s technology ecosystem, empowering the business to grow efficiently while safeguarding its digital assets and data. The SVP, IT Infrastructure, Security and Data Services leads and modernizes Tricon’s IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, strong cybersecurity, scalable data services, operational efficiency, and a culture of proactive risk management and innovation. Develop and execute enterprise-wide IT strategies to ensure scalability, resilience, and alignment with Tricon’s business objectives. Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud environments to support digital transformation and operational efficiency across all business units. Lead the development and enforcement of policies, risk management frameworks, and incident response protocols to protect Tricon and resident data. Establish and manage enterprise data platforms and governance models to enable advanced analytics, reporting, and AI-driven decision-making. Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, service delivery optimization, and performance monitoring using ITIL and Lean methodologies. Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable technology roadmaps and investment priorities. Manage multi-million-dollar IT budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery of infrastructure, security, and data services. Build and lead high-performing teams across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data domains to foster innovation, accountability, and professional growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards across all technology operations, including data privacy and security mandates. Identify and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools to enhance operational capabilities and create competitive advantage. Qualifications: Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration, and enterprise architecture initiatives. Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year IT strategies aligned with corporate goals and digital transformation initiatives. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, including cloud adoption, zero-trust security models, and data modernization. Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology roadmaps and investment plans. Demonstrated success in managing multi-million-dollar IT budgets and large, geographically dispersed teams. Deep knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud platforms, end-user computing). Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance. Expertise in data architecture, governance, and analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Power BI). Familiarity with DevOps, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of service excellence and accountability. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a strong focus on customer experience and operational excellence. Deep understanding of ITIL and Lean principles to drive continuous improvement and service excellence. Track record of optimizing infrastructure performance, reducing downtime, and improving SLAs across complex environments. Experience implementing governance models, KPIs, and operational dashboards to monitor and improve service delivery. Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery. Minimum Requirements: 20+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity overseeing a variety of IT services (infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data services) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Preferred Attributes: Master’s degree or MBA Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or AWS/Azure Architect certifications Experience in reasl estate, property management, or asset-heavy industries Experience setting up and operating a global or national IT operating model Ability to lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing AI use cases that drive business value Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, including: Frequently required to sit, talk, and hear.
