Job Type Remote Job Summary The Data Reporting & ETL Lead supports reporting automation, data integrity, and custom analytics across the Golden Hour Portal and ZOLL Billing platforms. This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing our reporting infrastructure, ensuring accurate data delivery to internal and external stakeholders, and supporting evolving business needs through custom development. Essential Functions Golden Hour Portal: Automate End-of-Month (EOM) reporting workflows Maintain Excel templates and automate Pivot table generation Update and manage the various Birst reports to reflect mapping changes Support executable tools for generating and delivering EOM reports to customers Diagnose and resolve data discrepancies between Birst and RCM Portal Facilitate integration of new fields from Oracle into Golden Hour Birst models Support automated daily email delivery Configure Birst API queries Maintain C# encryption and email delivery application ZOLL Billing: Extend reporting capabilities for Golden Hour Develop custom ETL pipelines using SQL for claims and transaction data Script and model Birst data to mirror Golden Hour reporting standards Create templates and custom reports for newly onboarded clients Build and maintain additional ETL solutions to meet customer-specific reporting needs Integrate with Insights and zeds database Develop Birst scripts and models for enhanced field availability Incorporate emsCharts data via Oracle queries for reconciliation Design and deliver advanced Birst reports and dashboards Support RescueNet migration reporting Transfer reporting skills to clients Maintain and enhance SSRS reports and zeds stored procedures Contribute to standard reporting offerings and prototype ETL changes for Atlantis Implement SSIS packages, update tables/views, and model changes in Insights Investigate and resolve reporting issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders Fulfill custom report requests and perform database queries via a read replica of the production database Tune ETL performance based on diagnostics Required/Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in related field. required 7-9 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management. required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong experience with SQL, ETL tools (SSIS), and Birst scripting/modeling Proficiency in Excel, Pivot tables, and SSRS Familiarity with C#, Oracle, and Birst API Ability to troubleshoot data integrity issues across multiple platforms Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience in healthcare or billing analytics is a plus Preferred Languages English - Expert Travel Requirements 5% Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
