In this role, you will:
Adhered to health and safety programs and policies while supporting innovative campus recruitment initiatives both virtually and on-site at post-secondary institutions across Canada.
Provide support for performance management and succession planning programs, offering technical assistance in the HRIS system, SuccessFactors.
Answer system and process related questions from a diverse audience.
Closely partner with HRIS to support reporting capabilities, test system enhancements, and troubleshoot issues.
Help develop visual and written communication materials for performance management and succession planning programs.
Help to track and develop metrics for measuring effectiveness of Talent Management programs.
Assist with data preparation and validation to support system separation.
Maintain and organize electronic filing system archival of all talent materials.
Provide additional Talent Management Project support on key 2025 initiatives.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Human Resources
A valid Class 5 Driver's License or extra-provincial equivalent, without learner's restrictions is preferred
Motivated self-starter; able to prioritize work under pressure and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Access)
Experience with HR programs/software would be an asset
Proficient in working with large data sets and skilled in tracking and analyzing data to support informed decision-making.

Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.
