The Senior Analyst, Datalinx Platform & Data Management is responsible for the day-to-day operations and ongoing enhancement of the DataBP, Datalinx Client Portal, TMX Datalinx Webstore, Salesforce, and Market Data Cloud (MDC) platforms. This role ensures these platforms deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-value digital experiences for internal users, external clients, and vendors. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Datalinx Platform & Data Management, the analyst supports platform execution across client onboarding, data remediation, workflow design, and business intelligence delivery. This position sits at the intersection of platform ownership, user experience design, and data operations—contributing directly to Datalinx’s digital transformation, revenue integrity, and business decision-making. In addition to platform support, the analyst derives and delivers insights that inform Sales, Product, and Operations strategies, enables cleaner data across systems, and helps automate key internal and external workflows. The analyst plays a key role in translating business needs into platform functionality and analytical resources. This role is hybrid (2 - 3 days in the office/week) - based in Toronto, ON Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations and support roadmap execution of DataBP, Datalinx Client Portal, TMX Datalinx Webstore, Salesforce, and MDC in alignment with strategy set by the Senior Manager. Support onboarding and training for internal and external users of the Client Portal and Webstore. Collaborate with the DataBP platform team and internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Product to implement enhancements that reflect user needs and business goals. Design and maintain automated workflows (e.g., market data request/approval processes) to improve operational efficiency and user experience. Assist in the streamlining of platform reporting processes and support ongoing inventory and entitlement management automation. Support the migration and decommissioning of legacy platforms (e.g., MDC), as directed by the Senior Manager, contributing to system consolidation efforts and elimination of technology debt. Track, manage, and prioritize platform issues and enhancement requests; liaise between business stakeholders, designers, and developers to ensure timely execution. Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards in Tableau and Amazon QuickSight to support data-driven decision-making for Sales, Product, and Operations. Conduct internal training on business intelligence dashboards, acting as the Datalinx BI owner, to ensure high performing cross-functional culture within all Datalinx teams. Conduct inventory gap analyses and reconcile usage data to identify unbilled activity, revenue leakage, and commercial opportunities. Support platform data hygiene, remediation, and cross-platform data mapping, including integration into Salesforce and the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP). Contribute to the evaluation and application of AI tools and process automation technologies that enhance workflow efficiency and business intelligence. Leverage CRM, Webstore, and DataBP data to surface sales performance insights, prospecting gaps, or lead enrichment opportunities.
