Job Description
As a Revenue Optimization Intern at Kensington Tours, you will support our Partner Relations team by assisting with key projects related to supplier revenue growth and performance. This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate with a strong interest in business analysis, pricing strategy, and travel industry operations. You will gain hands-on experience working with data, building reports, conducting research, and participating in real-world strategy discussions.
This role offers the opportunity to learn from senior leaders, contribute to high-impact initiatives, and develop your analytical and business problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Learn and Do:
Assist in analyzing supplier performance and content competitiveness
Help build and maintain reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
Support the development of partner segmentation models and insights
Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic projects
Help evaluate the impact of pricing or supplier decisions through simple modeling and analysis
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to ongoing revenue optimization strategies
Core Skills & Competencies:
Basic understanding of data analysis and business metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
Proficient in Excel; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
Strong interest in the travel industry, pricing strategy, or data analytics
Available to work full-time or part-time during the internship period
