About the Role
As Operations Support, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative support to our operations teams. You’ll also be the friendly first point of contact for customers and contractors.
What You’ll Do
Act as the first point of contact for customer and contractor inquiries, both in person and by phone
Support coordination of customer service orders and internal work requests
Manage data and documentation for operational, legal, regulatory, health, safety, and environmental requirements
Maintain and organize records, both digitally and in hard copy
Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and take accurate minutes
Provide dedicated, full coverage of the operational support desk at the Service Complex
Create, update, and manage internal forms, templates, spreadsheets, and databases
Support internal departments by assisting with general administrative tasks and documentation
Take on other related duties as assigned to support day-to-day operations
What You Bring:
Grade 12 diploma or equivalency (G.E.D or C.A.E.C)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical support function
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Pro
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with Oracle is an asset
Experience handling records or documentation related to safety, legal, or regulatory compliance is an asset
