We are currently seeking a Band 7 Dietitian to join our esteemed client in Sussex. This is a full-time role offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a specialist nutrition support service within a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide cover for gastroenterology and surgical wards, working closely with the Nutrition Support Team and participating in a weekly gastro clinic. The role requires strong experience in both enteral and parenteral nutrition. The Dietitian will be responsible for assessing patients’ nutritional needs, developing and implementing tailored care plans, and monitoring outcomes to ensure optimal nutritional support. While the role is primarily on-site, the department may offer the flexibility of one day per week off-site, subject to agreement.
Qualifications and Experience
HCPC registration (essential)
Recognised qualification in Dietetics
Experience in enteral and parenteral nutrition (essential)
Previous experience in gastro and surgical ward settings
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team
