IMCO is looking for a highly motivated Manager to join the Performance Measurement and Analytics team! The Manager is a key member of the Performance Measurement and Analytics team, reporting to the Senior Director, building analytic solutions that relate to new products/capabilities and enhancing operating efficiency. Areas of Responsibility: Partnering with stakeholders to capture new product/capability requirements. Collaborating with the Performance Reporting team to identify system enhancement opportunities to support new performance products and enhance operational efficiency. Partnering with IT teams and software vendors to design, install, and test system enhancements. Staying abreast of industry trends that create opportunities to design and develop new performance measurement and analytics solutions. Documenting procedures that accompany new solutions. Providing training to the Performance Reporting Team such that new solutions are operationalized to deliver accurate and timely reporting. Participating and contributing to strategic design discussions with senior members of the project team. What do you need to succeed? Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the performance measurement industry. Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business or a related field is required. A graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MFin) and/or a professional designation (e.g. CFA, CIPM) is preferred. Solid understanding of finance, portfolio management theory and broad range of asset classes, investment strategies, and investment vehicles. Well-versed in performance measurement and analytics principles, methodologies and practices. Solid understanding of the CFA Institute GIPS® Standards and performance industry best practices and trends. Written communication skills required to report complex information in a clear, concise manner. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills required to exchange complex information and present information, and to build and cultivate key working relationships. Advanced quantitative, analytical, financial modelling skills with comprehensive financial analysis experience. Proficient with MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, VBA and Python is an asset. Experience with Eagle PACE/Performance. Experience with Bloomberg is desired.
