Qualifications
3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, ideally within a retail or eCommerce environment
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite and Shopify experience is a plus)
Strong Excel and analytical skills; able to interpret data and identify actionable insights
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure
Responsibilities
Manage and track eCommerce, Retail, and Wholesale orders from multiple distribution centres
Maintain and troubleshoot data flows between ERP systems to ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity
Liaise with shipping carriers, 3PLs, and DC teams to resolve delivery or fulfillment issues
Support cross-border shipments, customs documentation, and compliance for Canada and the U.S.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor inventory movement and performance metrics
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline fulfillment and reduce errors
