We have an open vacancy for a Full Time Service Advisor in Barrie, Ontario. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout their service experience. You’ll coordinate service appointments, manage repair orders, and ensure smooth communication between our customers and technicians. This role is all about delivering top-notch customer service, organization, and teamwork.

Compensation:
$20 - $25 per hour, based on experience. Plus, you’ll enjoy performance-based bonuses and opportunities for career advancement!
What will you be doing?
Greet clients with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
Process sales efficiently and accurately
Perform boat drop-off and pick-up, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers
Collaborate with the service shop on identifying parts/accessories that add value to our customers
Co-ordinate service appointments and technician tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Provide expert phone troubleshooting and maximize sales opportunities
Conduct boat and accessory orientations and follow-up programs to build lasting relationships
Handle parts inquiries and sales with knowledge and efficiency
Organize store displays and maintain a visually appealing,well-stocked environment
Assist with administrative tasks and data entry to ensure accurate recordkeeping
Perform cleaning, deliveries, and light mechanical tasks to contribute to a clean and well-maintained workspace
Participate in inventory counts and training to stay updated on products and procedures
Assist with yard cleanup and winterization to prepare for the off-season
