SENIOR TECHNICAL FUNCTIONAL ANALYST, Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Technical Functional Analyst to take a leading role in optimizing and supporting our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), particularly in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) space.
As our organization grows and our team structure evolves, this role becomes increasingly vital to:
Support Critical Business Functions – Ensure Oracle EBS supports finance and supply chain operations with speed, accuracy, and stability.
Lead Enhancements & Customization – Design and implement solutions that scale with the business, ensuring Oracle EBS meets our long-term strategic goals.
Provide Reliable System Support – Quickly resolve issues, minimize downtime, and keep operations moving.
Reduce External Dependency – Help us reduce reliance on external consultants by providing deep in-house expertise.
The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Finance & SCM applications, you add value and are energized by key areas of oversight such as:
Acting as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules and collaborating with business users to identify gaps and recommend Oracle-native or custom solutions;
Working closely with technical teams to design, develop, test, and implement enhancements, interfaces, customizations (RICE components), and reports (BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, etc.);
Providing day-to-day support for Oracle EBS SCM users, including troubleshooting system issues and resolving service requests (SRs);
Leading or supporting SCM-related project initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, patching, and integrations with third-party systems;
Supporting cross-module activities involving Finance (AP, GL), Projects, and Procurement;
Ensuring proper documentation of solutions, configurations, test cases, and user procedures;
What you bring to the team
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
A minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), specifically in Supply Chain modules such as Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), Procurement Contract, iProcurement, and Advanced Pricing
Proven techno-functional expertise, with experience in both configuring Oracle applications and developing or supporting RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and user support for Oracle SCM processes
Demonstrated success in supporting or leading Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, or enhancements
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and development tools such as Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher
Experience integrating Oracle EBS with third-party applications or other Oracle modules (Finance, Projects, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug issues across functional and technical layers
Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, DBAs, and project managers
Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Supply Chain Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred
Experience with Oracle Cloud application implementation or support is a strong asset
Training or certification in ITIL, PMP, or Agile/Scrum methodologies is considered an asset

Additional information
The target salary range: $105,200 - $131,500 annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity.
