As a member of our team you will be supporting large corporate clients, coordinating efforts to provide world-class benefits administration and customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall AdminAdvantage Benefits Member data management, maintenance, and integrity by providing system expertise and performing system process administration to support the set-up of new AdminAdvantage clients and the ongoing plan administration of existing clients.
Position Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence and Integrity:
Manage and maintain the integrity of AdminAdvantage Benefits Member data.
Ensure processes are in place to safeguard all member data from unauthorized changes.
Analyze data to ensure compatibility with client setup and provide insights for improvements.
Member Expertise and Support:
Act as a key liaison for AdminAdvantage Administration, supporting new client implementations and ongoing plan administration.
Provide technical expertise on demographic file requirements and member processes.
Support technical activities and recommend effective solutions for client data management. This includes setting up and maintaining demographic file rules based on client and member requirements.
Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct end-to-end management of pre- and post-enrollment reporting analysis and updates.
Complete annual enrolment activities including Allow Growth & Salary Analysis
Identify impacts to clients and provide data-driven insights to improve service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to share information and foster continued learning and development.
Process Improvement and Innovation:
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, including workflow and system changes.
Look for ways to streamline operations and enhance customer and stakeholder service.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
Attend client meetings to gather and document plan member requirements.
Engage and collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve client issues.
Required Qualifications:
Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL, including Power Apps.
Proven experience in data analysis and member management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
Experience with Group Benefits and Benefits Administration is an asset.
Familiarity with Benefits Administration Systems (Vital Objects) and AdminAdvantage is an asset.

Salary range is expected to be between
$51,375.00 CAD - $85,625.00 CAD
