Reporting to his foreman, the role of the HEO involves operating and maintaining heavy construction and earth-moving equipment to ensure safe and efficient project completion in construction, mining and roadwork environments.
What does a Dozer operator do at Caron ?
Responsible for moving earth, rock, and debris with precision, ensuring grades are level and work zones are safe and efficient
Operate bulldozers to clear and level land
Follow site plans, safety guidelines, and work orders
Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on equipment
Work as part of a tight-knit, results-driven crew
What does it take to be Dozer operator ?
Training in heavy equipment operation or equivalent experience
At least 2 years' experience operating heavy machinery
Class 5 driver's license
WHMIS (asset)
Surface common core (asset)
MOL 4 step (asset)
