As a Content Specialist in AMER, you’ll support the local creator community by
engaging, inspiring and educating them to produce high-quality work that meets
customer needs. Reporting to the Director of Creative in the US, you’ll
collaborate closely with teams across Creative Insights, Contributor Relations,
Custom Content, and Creator Engagement to deliver impactful and locally relevant
content.

Your Next Challenge:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with photographers and videographers to
inspire and produce high-end regional commercial content.
- Regularly communicate content needs and provide guidance to creators via
email, Discord, and Zoom.
- Identify and recruit new talents within the region.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
- Support team in multiple projects.
- Provide feedback to creators to enhance their skills and ensure content
quality.
- Curate and review creative assets to meet differentiation standards and
customer needs.
- Offer feedback and support to regional contributors, enhancing their shoots.
- Promote and showcase creative work internally and externally both verbally
and written.
- Collaborate with the Creative team on community matters and industry trends.
- Write briefs to communicate content needs.
- Support team with regional events and monthly webinars for creator engagement
and education.
- Collaborate with our internal Creator Community support teams.
What You’ll Need:
- Relevant degree in visual/creative media.
- Experience with photography/videography.
- 2+ years in visual communications or advertising.
- Strong creative vision and ability to create compelling content.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Able to manage external creators to deliver on relevant content.
- Relationship building skills.
- Knowledgeable about the visual market and content creation.
- Proficient in PC/MAC, MS Office, project management tools, and Adobe Creative
Suite.
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese or Spanish not required, but good to have.
- Ability to independently support projects from ideation to delivery.
- Proactive in sharing ideas and solutions.
- Familiarity with AI technologies
