Join Syntax, a global systems integrator specializing in SAP solutions, as we expand our North American market presence. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for enterprise prospects, opening doors to transformational SAP implementations that drive real business value.

What You'll Do Daily
Prospecting & Research
Build targeted lists of C-level executives and key decision-makers
Research industry trends, competitor landscapes, and business triggers
Leverage multiple databases and social channels for prospect intelligence
Outreach & Relationship Building
Conduct multi-touch campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
Handle objections and qualify prospects using consultative selling techniques
Book qualified meetings between prospects and Account Executives
Learning & Collaboration
Stay current on SAP solutions through webinars and training sessions
Present monthly insights on industry trends to the team
Collaborate with inside sales and marketing on campaign follow-up
Compensation & Benefits
Commission: Earn additional income for each meeting booked, opportunity created, and revenue generated

What We're Looking For

Preferred Background
2+ years in lead generation, inside sales, or customer-facing roles
University/college degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field (exceptions made for exceptional candidates)
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
Familiarity with B2B enterprise sales cycles
