Based on a previously identified issue or new need, the analyst works to clarify the fundamental requirements and gather the information necessary to build an appropriate solution. To do this, they identify and analyze needs, map processes, and collaborate with various experts to identify potential solutions to consider. The business analyst ensures that the proposed solutions are aligned with current organizational challenges and compatible with the company’s capacity and maturity. The business analyst also maintains strong business relationships with internal clients and ensures that mandates are carried out in accordance with current organizational practices (roles and responsibilities, governance, etc.). Responsibilities Conduct various types of analyses (opportunity assessments, detailed analyses, requirements refinement, value analysis) and deliver recommendations to those responsible for implementing actions. Apply a high level of rigor by explicitly documenting business needs and placing this information at the heart of decision-making. Visually and concisely map processes. Capture, analyze, and prioritize various types of requirements (needs, impacts, stakeholders, feasibility, strategy, recommendations). Identify, analyze, and document current processes, then propose and validate target processes while supporting stakeholders through the transition. Contribute to the following four phases: analysis of new needs, project support, improvement of work methods and digital environment, and value assessment following a project. Produce high-quality communication deliverables to foster shared understanding of issues and encourage stakeholder engagement. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all initiative stakeholders. Adopt a consultative approach in interactions with internal clients. Facilitate committees and working groups involving stakeholders from various sectors. Deploy a work methodology where business needs are central to decision-making. Acquire in-depth knowledge and a critical understanding of the work methods used across the company’s various sectors. Manage files while considering governance processes and best practices for visibility and approval of recommendations. THE SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU A CORNERSTONE OF OUR TEAM 10 to 15 years of experience, mostly in a business analyst role. Proven experience in analysis, recommendations, and support for the deployment of large-scale ERP-type solutions. Strong influential leadership without direct authority. Demonstrated ability to position oneself on complex issues. Ability to deploy and orchestrate changes affecting a broad target audience. Willingness to support the company in evolving its practices with flexibility and openness to the nature of mandates. Ability to understand how the company operates and identify potential improvements. Assets CBAP certification. Participation, as a business analyst, in the selection and deployment of large-scale internal solutions, particularly those related to financial aspects and project management.
