We are hiring for our Mobile Patrol department in the Lower Mainland, BC!
Schedule: Monday to Friday midnight to 8am
Pay rate: $21/hr
Some of your responsibilities include:
Conducting regular vehicle and foot patrols
Unlocking/locking gates and checking surrounding areas
Responding to alarms
Ensuring that all incidents are properly recorded in the occurrence log/incident form
Contacting and liaising with police personnel if necessary
Closely observe parking lots, stations, and platforms to eliminate as much as possible and report any occurrences immediately
Provide superior customer service to clients and general public
Maintain ongoing knowledge of and perform all duties with high safety standards
Your Must-Haves:
Hold a valid BC Security License
Hold a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s license
Have a clean driver’s abstract
Have been living in Canada for the last 5 or more years for clearance eligibility
Hold a valid Basic First Aid/Occupational First Aid Level 1 certificate
Fluent English; excellent written and verbal skills
Positive attitude with professional demeanor and strong interpersonal/customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail to fulfill job duties and incident report writing
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in varying situations
