Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our
team! This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely processing of
customer orders, while also supporting a clean, organized, and efficient
warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both
Reach and Counter Balance forklifts, although time spent on the machines will be
limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, load, offload, sort, and manage inventory to fulfill customer
orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, verify, unpack, and organize incoming materials, maintaining a
well-structured warehouse.
- Handle waybills and complete all necessary paperwork for shipments and
orders.
- Deliver excellent service to walk-in customers, maintaining a professional
and helpful attitude.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Counter Balance & Reach truck) safely and as
needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our locator control system.
- Support general warehouse duties and occasionally assist office staff.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and follow all safety procedures.
Please note: This role involves limited time on warehouse equipment—most time
will be spent on general warehouse tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 18 months of warehouse experience preferred.
- Certification in Counter Balance & Reach truck operation required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of
a team.
- Physically fit to handle regular lifting and warehouse activity.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Willingness to work occasional extra hours when needed.
Salary: $21/hr
