We’re hiring a 433A Millwright to join our team at Can Art Aluminum Extrusion in
Brampton, ON. This is a full-time role with competitive pay.
You’ll work a 12-hour continental shift, rotating between days and nights, with
every other weekend off.

Authorization to work in Canada without current or future sponsorship is
required.
What You’ll Do

Install, maintain, inspect, and repair mechanical equipment

Troubleshoot and fix mechanical breakdowns in a fast-paced production
setting

Perform daily equipment inspections and routine preventative maintenance

Rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders

Replace pumps, belts, saw blades, couplings, and other mechanical parts

Fabricate fixtures and perform general welding repairs as needed

Assist electricians with machine repairs

Install new equipment and help maintain building systems

Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies

Keep your work area clean and safe at all times
What We Offer
What You Bring

Valid 433A Industrial Millwright license
-
At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Strong skills in mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair
-
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Welding experience

Basic electrical knowledge and PLC familiarity is an asset

Experience with metal processing, stamping, or die casting is a plus
-
Comfort using Microsoft Office and maintenance software (e.g., Megamation) is
helpful
