Analyze target businesses, including financial and operational performance, industry dynamics, and growth drivers. Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses. Prepare and present indicative offers and letters of intent (LOIs). Coordinate and lead cross-functional internal and external teams to manage the due diligence process. Support final negotiations, legal documentation, and transaction close.
