You can strategize and execute integrated digital and traditional initiatives across a range of platforms. How You’ll Make an Impact Report to the Director, Strategy and Innovation. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation for projects ranging from strategic planning initiatives to tactical activities. You’ll play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects successfully within established timelines, allocated resources, and budgets. You’ll assist in identifying and documenting business goals and objectives as part of the initiation phase. You’ll lead the development of project charters and facilitate discussions to finalize scope, schedule, and resources. You’ll be expected to manage several projects at various stages. Projects will be different in scope, size, and complexity. Successful completion of projects will be the key performance indicator for this position; beginning with Project Initiation; Planning; Delivery; Implementation and transition to Post-Implementation. What You Bring to the Table You have a post-secondary education in a related field. You’ve got at least 3-5 years under your belt in project management experience. Exceptional communication skills across a range of forums and channels and with senior level stakeholders. Your project management skills are impeccable at every stage – planning, analysis, problem solving, delivery and communication. Having a project management designation (ISP, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) would be considered an asset.
