About the Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Quandri, you will be directly responsible for
building Quandri’s customer facing web application to drastically improve our
customer experience.
If you enjoy building things from scratch, want to work with a close-knit and
high performing team, value a high level of ownership in everything you do, and
want to take on a real challenge, then this could be the right fit for you. If
you want to take marching orders, work on small features of massive products and
don’t want a high level of direct responsibility, then this probably isn’t a
fit.

What you’ll do:
- Shape and drive the roadmap, implementation and delivery of critical
functionality for our web application, Robot API and robots.
- Share responsibility for your team’s technical health. Ensure the
architecture, security and flexibility of your team’s technical
infrastructure is excellent.
- Provide guidance, mentor and coach your team members in development best
practices to help them grow as developers, leaders and people.
- Learn, share and grow with the rest of Quandri’s highly motivated, stellar
team
The right person for this role will have:
- 6-10 years of experience as a developer
- A deep understanding of software development best practices and experience
deploying software at scale.
- Experience designing and implementing complex software architecture.
- Experience designing and implementing user interfaces, databases, backends
and APIs.
- A passion for software development and working alongside a team of highly
intelligent, motivated software engineers.
- Experience with: HTML / Javascript / CSS, Vue.js [http://vue.js/] / React,
Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI

Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation range of $130k to $170K annually
