JOB SUMMARY:
As a Residential Program Coordinator, you will provide the supervision of
assigned personnel, including but not limited to Program Supervisors,
Residential Managers, Residential Counselor/DDD Services, Vocational Skills
Trainers, and Employment Trainers. The coordinator will oversee several programs
to ensure daily operation and achieve stated program’s goals and objectives in
addition to:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in the completion of intake assessments
- Maintain expected occupancy rates and ensure staff coverage in designated
programs.
- Act as the Coordinator of the IHP and develop/oversee the implementation of
Individual Habilitation Plans, treatment plans, Adaptive Behavior Scales and
other assessments
- Provide case management and direct care services for assigned clients, as
needed for the program.
- Promotes the professional development of personnel to enhance the specialized
services provided to the clients of SERV Achievement Centers.
- Assist in the identification and presentation of clinical education needs
- Participates in the design, execution and analysis of evaluation measures and
training data; and participate in Pre-Services and other in-house training.
- Provide clinical back-up services by carrying and responding to a cell phone
during working hours and provides support through a rotating on-call system.
- Responsible for monitoring and overseeing program compliance.
- Ensures that services are rendered in accordance with all safety, Federal and
state regulations, as well as agency and corporate policies.
- Cooperate with the licensee and Department of Human Services staff in any
inspection, inquiry or investigation.
- Performs other duties as from time-to-time, be deemed necessary for the
agency.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITY:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree in the behavioral health field
preferred.
- Must have a minimum of three years of experience, one of which is supervisory
in nature is required.
- Experience with behaviorally oriented programming applied in a variety of
settings.
- Valid Driver’s License in state of residence
- Must be able to successfully complete a physical, drug screen and background
check.
SALARY:
- $68,960.11 to $70,063.47 based on education and experience.
