In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Service Business Unit Manager to develop innovative business models and optimize financial performance within our factory/site. You will drive the definition and implementation of standards and business-specific guidelines in financial control processes, contributing to our strategic goals and continuous improvement. How you'll make an impact Develop and implement business models to optimize financial performance. Monitor, analyze, and interpret financial data to support decision-making. Translate strategy into actionable business plans with measurable targets. Oversee business planning and forecasting processes. Evaluate financial implications of strategic decisions and recommend actions. Drive cost structure optimization, productivity, and capital efficiency. Assess business risk exposure and define mitigation strategies. Lead cross-functional initiatives to support strategic goals. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis and business planning. Proven track record in developing and implementing business models.
