To contribute to our vision, you will: Demonstrate the value of adopting new releases to guarantee that customers take advantage of the latest features; providing guidance on product upgrade process to guarantee successful implementation. Lead the management and remediation of complex critical situations. the Conduct regular customer success action plan meetings to provide updates and address challenges impeding customers’ success. Develop plans to address areas of concern conveyed in relationship surveys like the Net Promoter. Lead account management meetings with sales and other internal stakeholders to develop success strategies to create long lasting business relationships. Partner with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers. Develop account plans based on customer paint points. Develop and close new business. You are an ideal candidate if you: Have worked in a customer-facing role for at least three years. These may include: business development, customer success, customer service, project management, technical sales and other technical consulting roles. Can easily build relationships with C-level executives, administrators, end users and other stakeholders. Have a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Computer Science or Engineering. Are always curious and committed to continuous learning as an investment in self-development and acquisition of relevant skills to support your customers. See challenges as opportunities to learn and grow and are able to motivate, influence and inspire others. Are a master at grasping technical concepts and use this knowledge to assist customers in their technology decisions. Are energetic, driven, enthusiastic and maintain a positive outlook. Are proactive, know how to prioritize and multi-task while your acute attention to detail is second to none. Are willing and able to travel on short notice for up to 2 weeks per month. Are a self-starter who gets creative and resourceful when helping customers. Have impeccable verbal and written communication skills (Including presentations).
