About the Role:
Quandri is looking for a versatile designer to own the end-to-end execution of
marketing creative and content alongside our Content and Digital Manager.
Reporting into the VP Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your
design savvy, creating digital assets for multimedia and graphics projects that
include websites, social media, print and digital advertising, animations,
emails, interactive displays, tradeshow graphics, sales collateral and more. As
a result, this role will be extremely cross-functional and collaborative —
expert time and stakeholder management will be required, as will the ability to
iterate and move quickly. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a
fast-paced Saas environment and a portfolio that is bursting with creativity.

What you’ll do:
- Web and UX/UI Design: Design and help implement user-friendly responsive
website designs and prototypes in Figma to be implemented on our
Webflow-based website. This will include collaborating across teams to create
and maintain landing pages, blog articles, news announcements, and other
interactive elements.
- Content Creation: Design digital assets, including infographics, social media
graphics and ads, banners, and promotional materials. This will include
creating things like email templates, brochures, collateral, tradeshow
displays and graphics, print ads and animated GIFs.
- Set and Maintain Brand Standards: You will work closely with our Product
Designer to develop cohesive brand visual guidelines, ensure these standards
are properly documented, updated, and, most importantly, consistently adhered
to across our product suite and all customer-facing channels.
- Deliver Excellence: You will be responsible for helping us bring a wide range
of ideas and campaign concepts to life. This will require a well-balanced mix
of big-thinking creativity, detail-oriented time management and
deadline-driven execution.
The right person for this role will have:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic and web design
- Proficient in Figma (for Webflow website design), Canva, Google Slides and
Adobe products
- A strong portfolio showcasing web design and graphic design projects in Saas
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Experience with social media design and creating assets for platforms like
LinkedIn and Facebook
- Experience training an AI image generator is highly recommended (ex. Adobe
Firefly, Gamma.app [http://Gamma.app])
- A portfolio is mandatory for applications
- How to stand out: introduce yourself to the team with a creative medium.
Bonus points if you have:
- Ability to integrate websites with backend systems and third-party services
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS would be useful, but not mandatory
- Experience with video editing, motion graphics would be an asset
