Job Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Use all use of all cleaning equipment, products, and materials correctly and safely Be helpful, cordial, and courteous to guests and co-workers at all times Follow up on special maintenance and/or cleaning assignments given by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Operations Manager Diagnose and organize appropriate trades for issues that arise Maintain accurate yearly schedules for all equipment on property as well as coordinating yearly inspections of all appliances Responsible for all drywall, patch and paint work in suites and common areas as needed Report immediately any safety hazards, maintenance defects, or other problems to the Operations Manager Assist in moving of furniture, delivery and pick up of special request items, carpet cleaning, Shaw technical issues Be security conscious on guest floors, occupied suites, and back off the house areas Coordinate with Guest Services if problems occur Abide by the Level’s vision statement, mission statement and core values Any other duties as assigned.
