They plan, direct, and control variables (budget, timelines, quality, etc.) from project initiation to closure. They coordinate and support the team in achieving results. Responsibilities Understand the project’s objectives and scope (both contractual and functional) and identify stakeholders Ensure proactive communication with stakeholders Manage the project’s budget and schedule (deliverables, milestones, supplier responsibilities, etc.) If required, develop the project management plan and communication plan Identify and assess risks, and propose solutions to avoid or mitigate their impact Communicate resource needs to the project sponsor Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the project and are regularly informed of its status Coordinate the activities of those involved in the project and ensure task execution Monitor and control the project (specifications, costs, billing, schedule, quality, etc.) Negotiate change requests with the supplier, considering the project scope Close the project (final report, post-mortem meeting, etc.) Document the project and apply internal project management processes and standards THE SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU A CORNERSTONE OF OUR TEAM A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience University degree in a relevant field (project management, engineering, operations research, computer science, etc.) Knowledge of Windows®, TFS, MS Project (an asset) Skills in project management and solving complex problems Ability to communicate with various stakeholders (internal/external, decision-makers/operational) and successfully carry out all implementation phases (needs analysis, configuration, client training, and follow-up) Ability to identify new business opportunities Willingness to travel occasionally for opportunities Motivation to stay up to date with the latest trends in the field Strong organizational skills, autonomy Proven ability to collaborate within a team Strong interpersonal skills Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English (regular interactions with English-speaking internal and/or external clients) PRÊT.E À TRACER LA VOIE AVEC NOUS?
