What this role involves: Participate in cheese production according to received instructions and established standards; Ensure the proper functioning of equipment; Proceed with packaging and molding of the product; Prepare and sanitize equipment according to received directives; Ensure that manufactured and packaged products meet company standards; Perform washing, sanitizing, and preventive maintenance of equipment according to established standards; Work closely with cheesemaker assistants and cheesemakers. What you need to join our team: Availability to work all shifts (day, evening, and night); Minimum of 1 year of experience as a laborer, or any other similar job in the manufacturing industry (asset); Experience in food industry (asset).
