In this position, you'll play a key role in managing Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) spend, driving strategic business decisions, and collaborating on 5-year strategic plans and annual budgets. What's on the menu? Managing all ZBB spend across the Canada (CANAC) and Meat, Cheese, Coffee & Snacking (MCCS) Business Units Maintain financial reporting cadence with key BU stakeholders, including actuals and forecasting, presenting monthly financial results to BU Leadership and Global ZBB leadership Provide insights on entity level forecasts and budgets using cost drivers, benchmark analysis, and other KPIs to drive KHC business decisions Collaborate with business partners to establish the 5-year strategic plan and bottoms-up budget for the following year; analyze year-over-year spend and KHC initiatives to determine the best areas to invest Support Sr. Finance on ad hoc ZBB requests All other duties, as assigned Recipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you! Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting required Investment banking, private equity, consulting, FP&A, commercial finance experience preferred Experience using Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP suites, Tableau, or Alteryx Excel mastery paired with analytical curiosity Confident communication – must have the ability to communicate within peer group and with senior leadership Independent learner with a sense of urgency and works well under pressure Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values. New Hire Base Salary Range: $84,000.00 - $105,000.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
