Brand Momentum is looking Brand Ambassadors for Pride Montreal
Location: Montreal Metro Area
Date: August 8th to 10th
Shift Time: varies from 11 to 6pm on Friday and Saturday, 4pm to 11pm on Sunday
Rate: $25 to $27/hour
Training: Paid session on
Trojan is hitting Toronto Pride bigger and bolder than ever—and we’re looking for a few high-energy Brand Ambassadors to help bring the vibes and spark meaningful conversations!
This isn’t your typical BA gig—you’ll be engaging directly with Pride attendees, handing out Trojan products , and sharing key messages around ballroom culture, inclusion, and safe, empowered intimacy. Some of you will be stationed at our branded trailer, and others will be in the heart of the parade. Either way, expect to be surrounded by music, movement, and pure celebration.
?? What You’ll Be Doing:
Handing out Trojan products
Educating attendees with short, friendly info about ballroom culture
Representing the brand in a fun, approachable, and inclusive way
Bringing high energy and positivity—whether you’re on the street or at the trailer
Supporting the team in keeping the activation running smoothly
?? Who We’re Looking For:
Outgoing and comfortable interacting with large, diverse crowds
Enthusiastic about Pride and sharing space with 2SLGBTQIA+ communities
Familiar with (or open to learning about) ballroom culture
Reliable, respectful, and able to handle a full-day activation with energy
Promo or brand experience is a bonus, but not required

Horaire : Varie de 11 h à 18 h le vendredi et le samedi, et de 16 h à 23 h le dimanche.

Trojan débarque à la Fierté de Montréal plus fort et audacieux que jamais — et nous recherchons des ambassadeur·rice·s de marque dynamiques pour insuffler de l’énergie et engager des conversations significatives!
Ce n’est pas un mandat BA ordinaire — vous interagirez directement avec les participant·e·s de la Fierté, distribuerez des produits Trojan, et partagerez des messages clés sur la culture ballroom, l’inclusion et une intimité sécuritaire et épanouie. Certain·e·s seront posté·e·s à notre remorque de marque, d’autres au cœur du défilé. Attendez-vous à être plongé·e·s dans la musique, le mouvement et la célébration pure.
?? Ce que vous ferez :
Distribuer des produits Trojan
Informer les participant·e·s de façon amicale et concise sur la culture ballroom
Représenter la marque de manière conviviale, inclusive et accessible
Apporter une énergie positive — que ce soit dans la rue ou à la remorque
Soutenir l’équipe pour assurer le bon déroulement de l’activation

À l’aise avec les interactions en grands groupes diversifiés
Enthousiaste à l’idée de célébrer la Fierté et de partager l’espace avec les communautés 2SLGBTQIA+
Familiarisé·e (ou ouvert·e à en apprendre plus) avec la culture ballroom
Fiable, respectueux·se, capable de maintenir un bon niveau d’énergie toute la journée
Une expérience en promotion ou en représentation de marque est un atout, mais pas obligatoire
