The Kent Group, a top-performing private portfolio management team at RBC Dominion Securities, is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Client Service Associate. We seek a detail-oriented, proactive, and driven professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and building a career in wealth management. As a member of our team, you will support our high-net-worth clients by fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. In this fast-paced and challenging environment, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and their professionals, handling inquiries, providing outstanding service, and assisting in the overall management of client accounts. The work arrangement is fully on-site at our Place Ville Marie office. What will you do? Deliver exceptional client service by handling incoming calls, emails, and requests in a professional, timely, and solutions-oriented manner. Work closely with Client Relationship Managers to provide seamless operational and administrative support, ensuring the efficient management of client accounts. Assist in preparing client reviews, reports, and other key deliverables to enhance client satisfaction. Act as a liaison between clients and internal/external partners, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of inquiries. Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all client-related tasks. Uphold and articulate the Kent Group’s investment philosophy. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Bachelor’s degree Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) At least two years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or similar client-focused industry Strong ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities with a high level of accountability and reliability Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs Nice-to-have Highly motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment Passionate professional with excellent interpersonal skills who can build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners Meticulousness with exceptional organizational and time management skills Problem solver with a proactive mindset who can anticipate client needs and find solutions efficiently What’s in it for you?
